Coconut and Rose Ladoo

Yields: 8-10 small ladoos

You'll Need

  • 1.5 dessicated coconut
  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • 3-4 drops of Koepoe Koepoe Rose Flavouring
  • 1-2 drops of Koepoe Koepoe Rose Red Colouring
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp ghee (for greasing hands)


  1. In a bowl, combine dessicated coconut, condensed milk, Koepoe Koepoe Rose Flavouring, Koepoe Koepoe Red Colouring and cardamom powder.
  2. Grease your palms with some ghee, take a small portion of the abovementioned mixture and roll it between your hands to make a golf sized ball or ladoo.
  3. Spread the shredded coconut on a tray and roll the ladoo in the dessicated coconut until they are fully coated.
  4. Store in airtight container in the fridge for a week.
